We search for the most high quality vehicles Australia wide, buying hundreds of these utes or vans from franchise or independent dealers and authorised dealer-only auction houses each week.
Firstly, every vehicle that arrives in our Melbourne dispatch centre must be approved by mechanical quality control before moving into the program.
Once a vehicle is approved, each and every vehicle is independently inspected by one of our dedicated professionals. It is methodically and meticulously prepared to meet all standards. Roadworthiness, safety and cleanliness are our main goals, to provide you with a confident and comfortable drive for the years to come. All cars have a guaranteed clear title.
As an RACV GREEN LIGHT MEMBER, we can offer the option of inspection reports from the likes of RACV or State roads.
Completing your vehicle enquiry
Our enquiry forms are displayed on each and every one of our product pages. If you see a car that you like the look of, or if you would like to find out more information about the vehicle that is not directly displayed on the website, you may fill out an enquiry form, or alternatively you may choose to contact our Tasmanian state representative directly. Their details are listed above.
An experienced professional from Tasmania’s Cheapest Cars will then call you to advise you on the condition of the car, with details on the car’s full history, and any additional included accessories or extras.
Satisfaction – We guarantee that when you take delivery of your vehicle, if for any reason it is not as described, and where we cannot rectify an issue, then you can return the vehicle to us – you must however pay the cost for transport. After we have taken receipt and inspected the vehicle to our satisfaction, you can then expect a funds transfer to your account or financier within 24 hours. This applies only to online purchasing where the vehicle is shipped from Melbourne and not where pre-inspection has occurred. This does not cover costs associated with any finance institutions.
Service – We guarantee you will receive the most professional service possible with exceptional communication throughout your dealing with Tasmania’s Cheapest Cars. We are contactable during business hours from Monday to Friday.
Ownership Title – We guarantee free title – Being a licensed motor car trader, we guarantee title of every vehicle we sell.
Fees to consider include organising your State Registration, shipping fees and documentation charges (where applicable). There is a process service fee which includes all documentation, assistance with transport, preparing the vehicle and checking the vehicle before leaving our site for transport. No process fee applies for customers who decide to pick up their vehicle.
Arranging Pick up
There are a number of ways your vehicle can be transported your door and we can certainly advise you further. If you let us know in advance, we can arrange to have the paperwork completed and arrange to have you pick up your car. Please contact our State Manager listed at the top of this page who will arrange transport for your vehicle.
By the time we have advised you on the process of delivery, you will know full details of the delivery date, pick up addresses and you should be aware of the processes to have your vehicle registered. You can have complete confidence in our ability to assist where necessary.
We have a number of delivery options available for your vehicle. We can arrange door-to-door delivery. Or alternatively, you may wish to fly in to pick your vehicle up personally – and we will help arrange everything from here.
